The heart is a pretty sensitive devise, and if you overwork it for nothing, it will really feel sad, and might even give up one day, and that will be the end of you too. So burn all that fat away. There are a few ways of doing it. Go to a gym and convert all that fat into muscles. If you are a woman, well, that would be a stupid idea, so you can walk, get a treadmill and run for hours on it before a TV or something, or, just consider going for fat burner pills which will do all the work for you without you having to shed a drop a sweat.
